Our work consists of engineering and manufacturing electrical transmission towers, steel structures, and supplying grounding systems for electrical and telecommunications systems. **PURPOSE OF THIS RECRUITMENT** To incorporate into our team a person who correctly carries out casting activities within Electrocom Ingenieros’ operational lines. **GENERAL JOB FUNCTIONS** ***Main Functions*** 1. Furnace preparation and charging. 2. Thermal and metallurgical process control during casting. 3. Monitoring of process parameters (Temperature–Time). 4. Preventive furnace maintenance. 5. Pouring of molten material into silica sand molds. 6. Preparation of bottom and top molds. 7. Participation in heat treatment processes. 8. Performing industrial controls and maintenance of equipment and machinery within metallurgical processes. 9. Alloy formulation using modern techniques. 10. Aluminum part molding in sand. 11. Verification of aluminum part surface finish. 12. Production control (Casting report). 13. Compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations, including the Internal Labor Regulations (RIT) and the Internal Safety and Health Regulations (RISST). 14. Other duties inherent to the position as assigned by the immediate supervisor. ***Job Requirements*** * Technician graduate in Metallurgy, Foundry, or Production Mechanics. * Basic knowledge of non-ferrous metal casting. * 1 year of experience as a Foundry Technician or in the metal-mechanical sector. **SERVICE CHARACTERISTICS** * On-site work modality. * Full-time availability Monday through Friday during regular working hours. **WHAT WE OFFER** * Monthly remuneration. * Biweekly advance payment of 40%. * Positive work environment. * Statutory labor benefits under the MYPE regime.
