Job stability Requirements: * Graduate or bachelor’s degree in **Administration, Accounting, Psychology, Human Resources**, or related fields. * Minimum of **2 years** of experience in Human Resources functions. * Experience managing **payroll for more than 100 employees**. * Knowledge of **timekeeping records, CTS (Compensatory Time Savings), bonuses, profit-sharing, fifth-category income tax, and severance calculations**. * Proficiency in **HR or payroll ERP systems**. * Intermediate-level **Excel** skills. * Basic knowledge of **labor legislation**. * Immediate availability to start work. Responsibilities: * Prepare and monitor the **monthly payroll** for more than 100 employees. * Record and validate **timekeeping records**, overtime hours, medical leaves, permissions, and absences. * Calculate and manage **CTS, bonuses, profit-sharing, fifth-category income tax, and severance payments**. * Register and update employee information in the **ERP system**. * Manage **employee files** (hiring, contract renewals, terminations). * Draft employment contracts, renewals, and other labor-related documents. * Provide support in **onboarding processes** and employee follow-up. * Ensure compliance with **current labor regulations**. * Perform other duties related to the position as assigned by the immediate supervisor.
