Coordination of safety trainings and safety talks **Academic Qualifications:** * Bachelor's degree in Occupational Safety, Industrial Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or related field, with professional registration. * Knowledge of Peruvian occupational health and safety legislation. * Hazard identification and risk assessment expertise. * Safety performance indicator management. **Responsibilities:** * Supervise compliance with the Occupational Health and Safety Management System (OH\-S MS). * Identify hazards, assess risks, and propose control measures (HIRA). * Develop, update, and disseminate safe work procedures. * Verify correct use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). * Control work permits (hot work, confined space entry, working at heights, etc.). * Coordinate safety trainings and safety talks (5-minute talks, inductions, etc.). * Maintain mandatory occupational health and safety documentation up to date. * Coordinate with clients or mining units to ensure HSE standard compliance. **Benefits:** * Formal payroll from day one. * 100% statutory benefits. * Atypical schedule 14 x 7 \- Assigned to mining unit.
