We are currently seeking top talent to fill the position of Human Resources Assistant \- Villa El Salvador **WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?** * Graduates or students in the final cycles of Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields. * Must reside in VILLA EL SALVADOR or neighboring districts. * Minimum 6 months of experience in the human resources field. * Minimum 6 months of experience in personnel recruitment via COMPUTRABAJO. * Intermediate proficiency in MS Office. * Punctual, responsible, analytical, and persevering individual. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** 1\. Recruitment of personnel through various job boards 2\. Review and screening of resumes 3\. Candidate evaluation and telephone interviews 4\. Personnel selection 5\. Contract signing (new and renewal) 6\. Review and preparation of staff attendance records 7\. Distribution of work equipment 8\. Delivery of payroll slips to employees 9\. Management of performance indicators 10\.
