HEAD OF DINING ROOM Description RESPONSIBILITIES: \* Supervise and ensure the smooth operation and execution of restaurant activities. \* Lead team members to ensure compliance with company policies, standards, and procedures, thereby guaranteeing satisfaction of internal and external customers as well as establishment profitability. \* Achieve monthly targets. \* Manage and handle inspections during visits by representatives. \* Operate the Online System and monitor productivity. \* Report incidents occurring in the dining room. \* Supervise the image and appearance of all dining room staff, verifying correct uniform wear. \* Daily review of the incident logbook and handover documents. \* Resolve issues arising in the dining room. \* Continuously propose applicable promotions. \* Perform other duties related to the position. \* Ensure compliance with company standards. \* Knowledge of beverages and spirits REQUIREMENTS: \* Experience as HEAD OF DINING ROOM in restaurants (minimum 5 years) \* Leadership skills or human resource management experience (MANDATORY) \* Availability to work rotating weekly shifts.
