Focus on organizational capability and results-oriented performance * **KITCHEN ASSISTANT** **We are a well-established restaurant group in the industry and are currently seeking talent to fill the Cook position at our restaurants located in the district of Miraflores.** * **Knowledge: Food Handling Good Practices Standards.** * **Work Experience: Minimum 2 years’ prior experience as a Kitchen Assistant in restaurants, hotels, or related establishments.** * **Skills: Strong organizational ability, results orientation, objective-based performance, ability to work under pressure.** * **Over 30 years of age** **Key Functions and Responsibilities** * Maintain cleanliness and order in assigned work area, storage area, and any other areas designated by the Head Chef. * Perform mise en place in assigned work area. * Rotate across kitchen areas: hot station, cold station, grill station. * Carry out other duties assigned by immediate supervisor.
