




Job Summary: COPEGA is seeking an experienced Cook in gastronomy to execute food preparations, maintain hygiene, and apply food handling standards across its various service areas. Minimum 1 year of experience in cafeterias, food concessions, or restaurants. Health Certificate for Food Handling. **Responsibilities:** Execute tasks planned by the immediate supervisor according to the menu, special events, and executive menu. Carry out the chef’s instructions regarding plating, cooking degrees, portioning, and food presentation. Maintain order and hygiene of food within the assigned workspace (cold kitchen, hot kitchen, pastry section). Prepare products according to the company’s standardized recipes across various service areas to ensure service quality and control production costs. Actively participate in pre-preparation, preparation, and distribution of meals. Apply food handling and hygiene norms and techniques.
