Job Summary: Efficiently carry out logistics operations including receiving, storage, picking, and dispatching, ensuring inventory control and compliance with safety standards. Key Responsibilities: 1. Operate lifting equipment for the safe movement of goods. 2. Participate in physical inventories and maintain warehouse order. 3. Prepare orders and support dispatches with correct documentation. **Job Objective** Efficiently execute receiving, storage, picking, and dispatching operations for goods, ensuring proper handling of lifting equipment, inventory control, and compliance with safety and warehouse organization procedures. **Requirements** **Education and Certifications** * Completed secondary education. * Valid electric pallet jack operator certification (mandatory). **Experience** * Minimum 6 months’ experience in warehouses, logistics, distribution, or related roles. * Experience operating forklifts and/or electric pallet jacks. * Order preparation (picking) and dispatching. * Goods receiving and placement. **Technical Knowledge** * Operation of electric lifting equipment (CAT, Still, Toyota BT, Crown, Jungheinrich or similar). * Basic knowledge of ERP systems (desirable). **Processes:** * Receiving and dispatching of goods. * Inventory control. * Location-based storage. * Good practices for warehouse organization, cleanliness, and safety. **Availability** * Availability to work Monday through Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (includes 1-hour lunch break), and Saturdays from 7:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. * Must reside in VES, Lurín, VMT, or nearby areas. **Main Responsibilities** **Logistics Operations** * Operate the pallet jack to safely move goods during receiving, dispatching, and internal transfers. * Stack, unstack, and position pallets in assigned locations according to warehouse layout. * Store and replenish goods based on type, turnover rate, and designated location. **Picking and Dispatching** * Perform order preparation (picking), verifying correct quantities, codes, and conditions. * Support dispatch activities by confirming proper loading and outgoing documentation. * Record goods receipts and shipments in corresponding forms and/or ERP system. **Control and Organization** * Ensure accurate placement of finished products (FP) within the warehouse. * Participate in physical inventories (cycle counts and full inventories). * Maintain order, cleanliness, and safety in the assigned work area and equipment. **Other Responsibilities** * Comply with industrial safety regulations and proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE). * Perform other duties related to the position as assigned by the immediate supervisor. **Benefits** * Formal employment under the General Regime. * Statutory social benefits: CTS, bonuses, and vacation time. * Salary: S/ 1,500 + transportation allowance. * Job stability and positive work environment.
