Job Summary: Responsible for ensuring the operational readiness and availability of electromechanical equipment and clinical infrastructure, including daily inspections, repairs, and incident reporting. Key Responsibilities: 1. Maintain operational readiness of electromechanical equipment and clinical infrastructure. 2. Conduct daily inspections and repairs across various facilities. 3. Report incidents and actively participate in problem resolution. **Job Description** ---------------------- Ensure operational readiness and availability of electromechanical equipment and infrastructure across Red Auna clinics. Perform daily inspections, promptly report and intervene in repairs related to the general condition of facilities (electrical, mechanical, electromechanical, plumbing, compressed air, fire protection, stabilized power supply, communications and connectivity, medical gases and LPG, ventilation and HVAC, detection and public address systems) throughout the clinic and any other spaces the clinic uses as complementary areas for its operations: offices, warehouses, etc. Perform daily inspections, timely reporting, and prompt intervention in repairs related to clinic infrastructure and furniture; for example: locksmithing, plumbing, electrical work, wall patching and painting, wheelchair repairs, stretcher repairs, hospital bed repairs, metal shelving, melamine desks, drywall work, etc., and any other tasks falling within this scope. Promptly and thoroughly report, via telephone and WhatsApp, any issue that may affect service delivery to the immediate supervisor, and actively participate in resolving the reported problem or situation—especially during emergency events or incidents, such as: power outages, clogged drains, water leaks, gas leaks, LPG leaks, seismic activity, etc., and any other issue deemed an emergency or high-priority by the immediate supervisor. Conduct daily inspection rounds of the clinic’s main systems and immediately report—via telephone and WhatsApp—any deviation from normal operating parameters of these systems, for example: transformer overheating, low oil level in vacuum pumps, absence of LPG cylinders, absence of O2 cylinders\. **Candidate Requirements** -------------------------- * Mechanical technician, electrician, electrotechnician, refrigeration technician, or related field. * Experience in healthcare sector (preferred), retail, hospitality, or general services. * Knowledge of electricity, plumbing, carpentry, basic Excel. * Preferred: knowledge of HVAC systems, electromechanical systems, blueprint reading. **Selection Process** ------------------------ The selection process is conducted through Aira \- a recruitment platform designed to enhance your application experience.
