We are experiencing continuous growth and seek an **Operations/Services Manager** to lead preventive and corrective maintenance of water treatment systems at **clients**. **Responsibilities:** * Coordinate preventive/corrective maintenance on water treatment plant equipment. * Lead the identification of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic failures with the team. * Manage customer service: scheduling, reports, and technical documentation. * Supervise work crews, man-hours, and compliance with occupational health and safety standards (PETS, ATS, IPERC). * Monitor spare parts usage, materials, and documentation for billing purposes. * Ensure adherence to Service Level Agreements and client standards. **Requirements:** * Licensed and registered Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, Environmental, or related Engineering graduate. * **3 to 5 years** of experience in water treatment system maintenance. * Knowledge of electromechanical systems, pumps, blowers, control panels, and instrumentation. * Intermediate-level Office 365 proficiency. * Strong leadership, organizational, and team management skills. * Familiarity with water quality parameters (pH, ORP, turbidity). * Driver's license (desirable). **We Offer:** * Opportunity for professional development in an industrial environment. * Opportunity to lead industrial application projects with a multidisciplinary team. * A collaborative and dynamic work environment. * Full payroll enrollment from day one.
