Verify compliance with process controls and ensure quality assurance of results. Identify and address quality, impartiality, and process deviation risks. Evaluate and manage the handling of failures, customer complaints, and nonconformities by applying tools established under the quality management system. Execute and manage compliance with quality management system programs across the company’s business and functional units. Regularly update and evaluate quality indicator results and report to the immediate supervisor for decision-making purposes. Prepare documentation related to certification, accreditation (expansion, reduction, and updating), authorization, and tenders, among others. Participate in internal audits, homologations, supplier evaluations, and external audits either as an auditee or as a qualified technical expert, as applicable. Develop, coordinate, and statistically validate data from services or processes requiring validation or verification, based on business needs. Maintain up-to-date the documentary system of the assigned area. Supervise the application of various information systems by company locations to achieve effectiveness of the Quality Management System.
