On behalf of our client, **a leading importer and distributor of fire protection systems**, we are seeking a **Regional Pricing Manager**. **PROFILE:** * Bachelor’s degree or graduate in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields. * Postgraduate studies or specialization in Marketing, Finance, or related areas preferred. * Minimum 3–5 years of experience in similar or related positions. * Ideal candidates have experience in importing and trading companies, managing at least 500 SKUs. * Strong statistical and pricing knowledge required. * Marketing and Product knowledge preferred. * Intermediate-level proficiency in MS Excel, advanced Power BI, and intermediate MS Office. * Experience using AI for reporting purposes preferred. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES** * Design and implement the regional pricing strategy, ensuring alignment with commercial and profitability objectives. * Analyze market, competition, costs, and margins to define country-specific pricing strategies. * Develop and update regional price lists, discounts, and commercial policies. * Monitor profitability indicators, margins, and commercial performance, proposing improvement actions. * Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Supply Chain departments to ensure effective pricing management. * Assess financial impact of cost changes, inflation, or exchange rate fluctuations and define necessary adjustments. * Lead profitability optimization and continuous improvement projects in pricing management. * Supervise proper implementation of pricing policies and provide support to country commercial teams. * Manage and develop the Pricing team, ensuring goal achievement and continuous improvement. **CONDITIONS** * Standard labor regime. * Hybrid work model (1 remote day per week), Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 6 PM, based in Villa el Salvador. * Commuter bus service and parking available. * Subsidized meals provided by the company at a specified percentage. * Profit-sharing. * Corporate-rate EPS (health insurance). Salary: S/.8,000.00 – S/.10,000.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
