Coordination of safety inductions and training An expanding real estate construction company is seeking a risk prevention specialist to work on a multi-family project. REQUIREMENTS * Technical degree in engineering or industrial safety. * Diploma in Occupational Safety and Health. * Minimum 2 years’ experience in the Construction Sector (Building Works). * Knowledge of: Implementation of Occupational Safety and Health Management Systems on building sites, IPERC execution, Work Procedures / Standards / Safety Plans, Emergency Plan / Environmental Management Plan. Knowledge of Occupational Safety and Health regulations for work, National Building Code G050. FUNCTIONS * Implement and supervise compliance with the Occupational Safety and Health Plan. * Conduct periodic site inspections, identifying unsafe conditions and acts. * Prepare management reports and accident statistics. * Coordinate and deliver safety induction talks and training sessions. * Investigate occupational accidents and implement corrective measures. * Ensure compliance with protocols and legal regulations. * Participate in site meetings and report directly to the Project Manager or Site Administrator. SCHEDULE: Availability to work in San Miguel Monday to Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and Saturdays from 7:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. SALARY: - Formal payroll with all statutory benefits. - S/2,500.00 to S/3,000.00. - Brocksa benefits package, including discounts at external establishments.
