Job Summary: We are seeking a professional to maintain and improve the quality management system, supervise production, and ensure customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manage the quality system and ensure food safety. 2. Control quality in plastic packaging injection molding and screen printing. 3. Participate in the development of new products and processes. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Graduate in Industrial Engineering, Food Industry Engineering and/or related fields. * Minimum 01 year of experience in similar positions. * Personnel management skills. * Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), HACCP, HARA, and BRCGS Packaging. * Intermediate English. * Intermediate office software skills. * Knowledge of SSOMA (Desirable). **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Maintain and improve the quality management system to ensure compliance with quality and food safety policies according to GMP, as well as customer satisfaction through supervision. * Perform quality control in plastic packaging injection molding and screen printing. * Report existing failures in the production chain that could affect quality. * Participate in the development of new products, use of new raw materials, new facilities or equipment, and support implementation of these developments. * Verify product functionality. * Monitor production operations to ensure compliance with quality regulations. * Prepare quality certificates and technical data sheets for finished products. * Track and manage customer complaints, ensuring implementation of mechanisms to improve production and satisfaction of dissatisfied customers. * Conduct audits and qualification processes. * Pest control management. * Manage calibration and verification of measurement equipment. * Identify and issue non-conforming product reports. * Issue complaint letters. * Other duties as assigned by immediate supervisor and Management.
