Coordinates with procurement, sales, and management **Job Opening: Warehouse Manager** **Location:** San Luis District, Lima **Compensation:** S/ 1,800 per month **About the Position** We are looking for a proactive, organized, and strong-leadership **Warehouse Manager** to manage logistics operations across our facilities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring efficient flow, proper safeguarding, and accurate control of our inventory, guaranteeing correct handling of supplies, spare parts, and industrial technical components. **Main Responsibilities** * Plan, direct, and supervise daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, order picking, and dispatch. * Maintain strict physical and system-based inventory control, performing cyclic counts and periodic audits. * Ensure proper handling, classification, and safeguarding of goods, with special attention to mechanical spare parts, machinery, and high-value equipment. * Optimize warehouse space layout to streamline *picking* and *packing* processes. * Supervise, motivate, and train team members, promoting adherence to safety standards. * Coordinate continuously with procurement, sales, and management to ensure optimal stock availability. * Generate management reports and logistics performance indicators (KPIs). **Candidate Requirements** * Technical or university degree in Administration, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. * Minimum proven experience of 2–3 years managing warehouses, preferably in industrial, hardware, metal-mechanical, or heavy equipment companies. * Intermediate/advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and hands-on experience operating ERP systems or warehouse management software. * Solid knowledge of inventory management practices and Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) regulations. * Residency in San Luis or ability to commute easily to the district. **Terms and Benefits** * Fixed monthly salary of **S/ 1,800**. * Formal employment registration with all statutory benefits. * Job stability and professional development opportunities within an established company. * Excellent work environment in a dynamic setting.
