Quality assurance and regulatory compliance **Academic and Legal Requirements** * **Education**: Pharmacy Technician diploma (Graduate of a higher institute). * **Specialization**: Certified training in Good Storage Practices (GSP) and Good Distribution and Transportation Practices (GDP); preferred. * **Experience**: Typically requires a minimum of 2 to 3 years in logistics supervision roles within the pharmaceutical sector or pharmacies. **Main Responsibilities** * **Operational Supervision**: Coordinate receipt, storage, picking, and packing of pharmaceutical products and medical devices. * **Quality Control**: Ensure compliance with temperature/humidity conditions required by regulations. * **Inventory Management**: Lead cyclic and general inventories, guaranteeing stock accuracy and traceability (batch numbers and expiry dates). * **Regulatory Compliance**: Verify that all processes comply with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) approved by the Director Technical Pharmacist Chemist. * **Dispatch and Logistics**: Organize and validate receipt, storage, and dispatch processes for outgoing products, along with complete technical documentation. **Competencies and Skills** * **Systems**: Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS) and ERP software specific to the sector. * **Leadership**: Ability to lead teams of warehouse assistants and operators. * **Organization**: Skill in optimizing physical warehouse space according to the technical classification of products. * **Ethics**: Rigorous commitment to product safety for patients and integrity of medical supplies. **Ages 25 to 35** **Female candidates preferred** Job Type: Full-time Salary: S/.2,000.00 - S/.2,200.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
