Job Summary: A La Gloria Juices & Sandwiches is seeking a Store Manager to supervise daily operations, lead teams, and ensure customer service excellence. Key Responsibilities: 1. Lead and coordinate the store's work team. 2. Ensure excellent customer service. 3. Garcilazo de la Vega 164, Callao 07006 **Main Responsibilities:** * Supervise the store's daily operations. * Lead and coordinate the work team. * Monitor attendance, cash handling, and inventory. * Ensure excellent customer service. * Prepare reports and track sales targets. * Resolve incidents and support operations as needed. **Requirements:** * **6 months to 1 year** of experience as a cashier in restaurants or food-related businesses. * Proficiency in cash handling, cash management, and POS systems. * Technical or university studies in Administration, Accounting, or related fields (in progress or completed). * Availability to work from **5:00 p.m. to 2:00 a.m.** * Responsible, organized individual with leadership skills and ability to work under pressure. **Benefits:** * Formal employment registration (MYPE regime). * Performance bonus of up to **S/300**. * Complimentary dinner. * Corporate discounts. * Performance recognition. * Weekly rest days and timely payments.
