Join a team with a Millennial and Gen Z mindset, eager to live story-worthy experiences and ready to inspire you to create your own. **What will be your mission?** ------------------------- As a **Barista**, you will be responsible for delivering bar service, guest interaction, beverage preparation, and acting as ambassador of the restaurant/bar to ensure quality and excellence—exceeding guest expectations. **What will you do?** --------------------------- * Set up the cocktail bar, bar, and restaurant areas. * Manage production, orders, inventory control of liquors and beverages in general, spirits and productions, and bar replenishment. * Supervise order and cleanliness at the assigned point of sale (restaurant, buffet, lounge, café, or bar). * Greet guests at the restaurant/cocktail bar and direct them to seating. * Advise guests on the various products available at the restaurant/bar, take orders, and adapt flexibly to diverse guest requests. * Set up, clear, and clean restaurant tables and hotel function rooms used for events, conferences, and all types of gatherings, in accordance with supervisor guidelines. * Prepare breakfast, lunch, dinner, and/or bar service: set up, clean, and clear tables. * Know the menus and all products available at the hotel restaurant thoroughly. * Ensure compliance—and even exceed—the gastronomy department’s quality standards, as defined by the Collection brand. **What are we looking for?** ------------------ * Professional experience in similar roles. * English language proficiency and preferably another foreign language (spoken fluency required). * Creativity and capacity for innovation. * Relevant professional training (preferred). * Knowledge of Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP), hygiene and safety regulations. * An authentic smile. * Good appearance and likability. * Guest orientation. * Passion for service. * Professional attitude. * Teamwork. * Flexible working hours. **Why choose us?** ----------------------- At **Minor Hotels Europe & Americas**, we are committed to shaping exciting global careers and intercultural experiences.
