At Stefanini, we are more than 30,000 brilliant minds, connected from 41 countries, doing what we love and co-creating a better future. **Responsibilities and Authorities** * Manage job openings, onboarding, salary adjustments, and track the recruitment process. * Communicate separations and support documentation formalization. * Validate operational metrics and generate reports. * Address daily team inquiries (access, support, logistics). * Gather feedback from professionals and clients. * Manage client communication (resumes, interviews, absences, scheduling). * Administer time banks, vacations, and access permissions. * Conduct 1:1 meetings, performance evaluations, and team development plans. * Perform operational follow-up of the **development factory**, ensuring monthly delivery compliance and proper backlog planning. * Define and execute **strategies to ensure margin compliance**, optimizing team capacity, costs, and efficiency. * Additionally, responsible for monitoring both client and professional satisfaction, resolving incidents, prioritizing requirements, and maintaining operations aligned with contractual objectives—ensuring efficiency, progress visibility, and continuous improvement. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Professionals with a degree in Systems or related fields. * 2–4 years of experience in similar roles: coordination, operations, delivery lead, PMO, or team management. * Experience managing **development factories**, delivery compliance, and capacity control. * Experience communicating with clients and managing expectations. * Proficiency in tracking and management tools: **Jira, Trello, Azure DevOps, Confluence**. * Knowledge of productivity tools: **Advanced Excel**, Power BI (desirable). * Ability to coordinate recruitment processes and talent management. * Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.
