Housekeeping Staff **AWQA Hotels – Natasha** At **AWQA Hotels**, we are currently seeking **Housekeeping Staff** to join our team and help maintain high standards of cleanliness, order, and guest comfort. Key Responsibilities: * Perform **cleaning of guest rooms and public floor areas**, following established procedures and standards. * **Prepare and organize housekeeping carts and supplies**, ensuring proper use of materials. * **Change and make beds**, ensuring a clean, comfortable, and pleasant environment for guests. * **Report forgotten items**, equipment malfunctions, defects, and missing assets in guest rooms. * Record and report **room cleaning times**. * Verify that rooms are in optimal condition before reporting them as **clean and ready for occupancy**. * Monitor appropriate usage of **amenities and chemical products**. * Accurately complete **daily floor reports**. * Conduct **bed linen counting, sorting, and delivery to laundry**. * Carry out **deep cleaning and scheduled periodic tasks**, as directed by the immediate supervisor. * Support other related duties assigned by the supervisor. Schedules: * Rotating shifts (monthly): * 6:30 a.m. – 2:30 p.m. * 7:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m. * 9:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. * 12:00 p.m. – 9:00 p.m. * **8-hour daily workday** * **1 day off per week** * Monthly shift rotation Requirements: * **Education:** Completed secondary education or relevant vocational modules. * **Experience:** Minimum of **6 months** in similar positions preferred (not mandatory). * **Attitudes and Competencies:** * Positive attitude, honesty, and integrity. * Proactivity and initiative. * Ability to work effectively in a team. * Results- and service-oriented mindset.
