




Position Summary: We are seeking a professional to perform administrative personnel tasks, including onboarding, offboarding, attendance tracking, payroll calculation, and audit support. Key Responsibilities: 1. Comprehensive administration of personnel and payroll tasks 2. Support in internal and external audits 3. Addressing employee inquiries regarding payments and working hours REQUIREMENTS: * Graduates and/or Bachelor's degree holders in Business Administration or Accounting. * Minimum 2 years of documented experience. * Intermediate Excel proficiency. * Knowledge of STARSOFT ERP (preferred) RESPONSIBILITIES: \- Perform onboarding and offboarding in SUNAT Registry \- Maintain attendance records. \- Send notifications (emails) to staff regarding timekeeping inconsistencies. \- Validate overtime hours. \- Prepare payroll lists (biweekly and monthly) \- Address employee inquiries regarding working hours, payments, pay slip delivery, etc. \- Support the organization of internal events or team-building activities. \- Calculate working hours, payroll, and accruals \- Support internal or external audits. \- File AFP contributions. \- Prepare SUNAT PLAME reports. CONDITIONS: Availability to work in the Callao district Immediate availability Formal payroll from day one MYPE regime contract Salary: S/.1,500\.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
