Because the challenges you’ll take on reflect your ambitions! **Responsibilities and Duties** **Responsibilities:** **Server Management Oversight:** * Administer the operation, maintenance, and updating of physical and virtual servers. * Ensure proper execution of backups and disaster recovery plans. * Supervise the implementation of patches, upgrades, and configurations. **Networks and Communications Oversight:** * Guarantee availability and stability of corporate LAN, WAN, and WiFi networks. * Supervise management of firewalls, routers, switches, and communication links. * Coordinate with telecommunications providers to ensure SLA compliance. **Monitoring Oversight:** * Ensure proper operation of proactive monitoring tools (infrastructure, networks, critical applications). * Generate performance reports and early-warning alerts. * Propose improvements to optimize system capacity and resilience. **Collaborative Tools Oversight:** * Administer and optimize usage of platforms such as Microsoft 365, Teams, SharePoint, corporate email, and equivalents. * Ensure availability and licensing updates. * Promote tool usage to enhance business productivity. **Information Security Oversight:** * Supervise implementation of cybersecurity policies. * Coordinate management of antivirus, SIEM, EDR, and other security tools. * Ensure execution of audits and vulnerability assessments. * Manage security incidents and ensure service continuity. **Database Oversight:** * Supervise administration of corporate databases (SQL, Oracle, or others). * Guarantee integrity, availability, and performance. * Ensure backups and contingency plans. **SAP Oversight:** * Coordinate the technological infrastructure supporting SAP. * Supervise system performance, availability, and connectivity. * Collaborate with functional and SAP support teams to resolve critical incidents. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Education:** * Degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Electronics, or related fields. Experience: * 3–5 years in IT infrastructure management. * 2 years leading technical teams in server, network, and security areas. **Knowledge:** * Windows/Linux system administration. * Networks and telecommunications (Cisco, Fortinet, Palo Alto). * Monitoring tools (Zabbix, SolarWinds, Nagios, etc.). * Information security and standards (ISO 27001, NIST, ITIL). * Databases (SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL). * SAP platform administration. * Collaborative tools: Microsoft 365 / Google Workspace. * ITIL processes. **Competencies:** * Leadership and team management. * Results orientation and problem-solving. * Analytical and planning skills. * Effective and assertive communication. * Adaptability and technological innovation.
