The Pukuy Ecolodge Hotel Boutique, part of KP Inmobiliaria SA’s business unit, is seeking a Membership Sales Executive whose primary objective will be to acquire new members through personalized, high-level service while promoting the exclusive benefits offered by each membership tier and strengthening loyalty among existing customers. Requirements: Currently enrolled in, or having completed, a technical or university program in administration, finance, marketing, or related fields. Minimum 1 year of experience selling intangible products, memberships, insurance, premium hotel preference cards, or tourism-related services. Experience providing multichannel customer service (WhatsApp, email, phone calls). Proficiency in Microsoft Office. Basic English. **Responsibilities:** Contact and follow up with interested leads (provided by the CRM). Provide individualized advisory support regarding program benefits. Answer phone calls, emails, and WhatsApp messages from the Member Support Center. Close membership sales and accurately register data in the system. Coordinate with reservations, reception, and other hotel departments to ensure an optimal member experience. Coordinate benefit activations. Follow up with customers to ensure successful sales closure.
