CALL FOR ORGANIZATIONAL PSYCHOLOGY INTERNS
**Neuropsychological Center for Emotional Well-being and Mental Health**
We are currently seeking **Organizational Psychology interns** interested in developing and strengthening their professional competencies through active participation in various processes within the areas of Human Resource Management and Organizational Psychology.
We seek responsible, proactive, and organized students who are eager to learn and gain practical experience in **recruitment, selection, onboarding, training, organizational climate, and occupational well-being**.
Main Responsibilities
* Publishing and disseminating job announcements.
* Receiving, reviewing, and organizing CVs.
* Screening applicants’ resumes.
* Contacting and coordinating with candidates.
* Supporting selection interviews.
* Developing and updating job descriptions.
* Supporting recruitment and selection processes.
* Organizing personnel files and documentation.
* Onboarding new interns and staff members.
* Developing materials and presentations for the department.
* Supporting training activities.
* Participating in organizational climate and occupational well-being initiatives.
* Monitoring attendance, punctuality, and task completion.
* Preparing departmental reports.
* Supporting organizational improvement projects and proposals.
Candidate Profile
* Psychology student with interest in the Organizational field.
* Interest in developing expertise in Human Resources and Human Resource Management processes.
* Responsibility, organization, and commitment.
* Proactivity and initiative.
* Strong communication and teamwork skills.
* Willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
Schedule
**Monday to Saturday, from 9:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.**
The schedule will be coordinated according to the **intern’s availability**, within the established time frame.
