Key Responsibilities * Planning and monitoring performance results of the dermocosmetic product line * Supervision and support of commercial and promotional activities * Coordination of marketing strategies and promotional campaigns * Follow-up on activities with dermatologists, medical representatives, and key customers * Support in organizing events, trainings, and activations * Preparation and analysis of commercial reports and management indicators * Management and updating of commercial databases * Coordination with sales, marketing, and operations departments Requirements * Bachelor's degree or candidate in Business Administration, Marketing, Industrial Engineering, or related fields * Desired experience in dermocosmetic, pharmaceutical, or fast-moving consumer goods products * Intermediate or advanced Excel proficiency * Analytical ability, organizational skills, and commercial follow-up capability * Strong interpersonal presence, excellent communication skills, and results orientation * Willingness to travel within Peru We Especially Value * Experience coordinating activities with dermatologists or medical representatives * Knowledge of commercial indicators and campaign execution * Proactive, dynamic profile with ability to work under objectives We Offer * Professional development in an expanding dermocosmetic line * Active participation in strategic projects and product launches * Excellent work environment and continuous learning On-site mode – Lima Please submit your updated CV indicating availability and salary expectations.
