Job Description **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. * Courses in importation and international trade. * Strong negotiation skills. * Minimum 3 years of experience in this role. * Preferred experience in procurement management of biomedical equipment. **Responsibilities:** * Organize and monitor tasks assigned to area staff, ensuring timely achievement of established objectives. * Identify operational risks and develop preventive and corrective action plans to ensure proper mitigation and control. * Supervise the supplier evaluation and selection process conducted by procurement analysts, ensuring selected suppliers meet the company’s required standards for quality, cost, and timeliness. * Supervise negotiation processes with domestic and international suppliers, aligning commercial terms with operational goals and needs.
