We are seeking top-tier talent for the position of: Position: Quality Supervisor **Functions and Responsibilities:** Ensure compliance with quality processes and standards, promoting continuous improvement and alignment with regulatory and client requirements, with experience in implementations. * Coordinate and supervise after-sales activities in projects. * Ensure successful delivery of common areas. * Conduct quality inspections to identify construction deficiencies. * Maintain smooth communication with various departments involved in the process. * Supervise and carry out the handover of common areas to property management and/or homeowners’ association, ensuring timely recording of observations and obtaining the signed handover certificate from the client. * Coordinate and schedule necessary repair and maintenance work. * Maintain smooth communication with various internal departments and clients. * Prepare reports and document all performed activities. * Request materials, tools, or equipment for after-sales work. * Supervise the execution of work, coordinating with clients, suppliers, and internal staff. * Review and submit weekly work schedules for third-party personnel and workers to coordination. * Send company intervention emails regarding any supplier- or contractor-performed work that has not commenced, remains incomplete, or contains defects. * Inform the direct supervisor about the commencement of work by suppliers or assigned personnel; prior to client approval, submit SCTR, schedule, and procedures, and report completion. * Close out client observations by obtaining the signed observation checklist handover certificate. * Ensure client satisfaction and uphold the company’s positive image. * Other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor, inherent to and related to the position.
