Job Summary: We are seeking responsible and committed cleaning staff for maintenance and cleaning of common areas in a residential building. Key Points: 1. Cleaning and disinfection of floors and surfaces in common areas. 2. Ability to work in an organized and autonomous manner. 3. Good treatment and respect toward residents and staff. Responsible and committed cleaning staff are required to perform maintenance and cleaning tasks in the common areas of a residential building. **Main Responsibilities:** * Daily cleaning of common areas: hallways, staircases, elevators, reception, and parking areas. * Sweeping, mopping, and disinfecting floors and surfaces. * Cleaning and maintenance of common restrooms. * Collection and proper disposal of waste and garbage. * Monitoring and restocking cleaning supplies as needed. * Reporting any defects, damages, or irregular situations in the facilities. * Compliance with the building’s hygiene, safety, and coexistence regulations. **Requirements:** * Prior experience in cleaning tasks (preferred). * Punctuality, responsibility, and positive attitude toward work. * Ability to work in an organized and autonomous manner. * Good treatment and respect toward residents, property owners, and building staff. **Job Conditions:** * Work location: multi-family or office building. * Working hours according to administration scheduling. * Employment contract compliant with current labor legislation.
