As part of this commitment, the organization is implementing the Carbon Footprint Peru initiative, promoted by the Ministry of the Environment (MINAM), aimed at measuring, verifying, and progressively reducing greenhouse gas emissions associated with our operations. Seeking to integrate this commitment into its organizational culture, promoting conscious participation of our employees in more efficient and sustainable operational practices). We are seeking a **Social Work** professional. * Whose **primary function** is to contribute to strengthening the socio-labor relationship with workers through the implementation of various wellness programs and social interventions designed to raise awareness and mobilize efforts, enabling the workforce to share the organization’s vision and work toward achieving it. * Timely administration of the company’s insurance policies: EPS (Health Insurance), Life Insurance under Law, Personal Accident Insurance—including enrollments, terminations, issuance of certificates, renewals—as required, in permanent coordination with the insurance broker. * Carry out the appropriate procedures for timely subsidy recovery from the corresponding ESSALUD Economic Benefits Agency.
