Job Summary: We are seeking an Electromechanical and General Services Maintenance Technician to ensure operational continuity of industrial facilities, equipment, and infrastructure through fault diagnosis and resolution. Key Responsibilities: 1. Ensure operational continuity of industrial facilities and equipment. 2. Perform preventive, corrective, and predictive electromechanical maintenance. 3. Address basic requirements for general services and infrastructure. **POSITION: ELECTROMECHANICAL MAINTENANCE AND GENERAL SERVICES TECHNICIAN** We are looking for a highly skilled **Maintenance Technician** to ensure operational continuity of our industrial facilities, equipment, and infrastructure. If you possess solid experience in electromechanical diagnostics, problem-solving ability, and a preventive mindset, we want you on our team! **Candidate Requirements** * **Education:** Graduate or certified Technician in Industrial Electricity, Electronics, Electromechanics, Industrial Maintenance, or related fields. * **Experience:** Minimum 2 years in similar roles within industrial or service environments. * **Mandatory Technical Knowledge:** * Diagnosis and repair of faults in electrical panels, motors, and electromechanical systems. * Predictive, preventive, and corrective maintenance of HVAC systems and diesel generators. * Interpretation of electrical and electronic schematics. * **Infrastructure (General Services) Knowledge:** Basic-to-intermediate level in plumbing, painting, carpentry, and building maintenance. * **Management Skills:** Ability to prepare technical reports and manage spare parts or supply requisitions. **Primary Responsibilities** * **Operational Maintenance:** Execute preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance plans for machines, electrical panels, and electromechanical systems. * **Diagnosis and Repair:** Identify faults and replace or repair electrical and electronic components. * **Auxiliary Equipment Support:** Monitor and ensure operational readiness of diesel generators, climate control systems, and general installations. * **General Services and Infrastructure:** Address basic painting, plumbing, and carpentry requests to maintain facilities in optimal condition. * **Management and Control:** Prepare technical intervention reports, request supplies/spare parts, and maintain tool inventory records. * **Safety:** Strictly comply with Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) regulations, use of PPE, and environmental protocols.
