We are seeking a **Head of Engineering** responsible for leading the technology strategy, strengthening engineering capabilities, and evolving the organization’s software development services. This role requires high-level exposure to strategic clients, participation in digital transformation initiatives, and leadership of large-scale engineering teams. Technology stack focused on **cloud, enterprise architecture, artificial intelligence, DevOps, and technological modernization**. **Responsibilities:** * Define and execute the organization's engineering and technological evolution strategy. * Lead architects, engineering managers, technical leads, and communities of practice. * Develop technical capabilities aligned with current and future market needs. * Drive technological modernization, cloud, artificial intelligence, and automation initiatives. * Participate in pre-sales processes, discovery, solution definition, and proposal development. * Support account growth through technical advisory and building client trust. * Define engineering, architecture, quality, and software development best-practice standards. * Manage metrics related to productivity, quality, technology adoption, and engineering maturity. **Requirements:** * 15\+ years of experience in technology and software engineering. * Prior experience as CTO, Technology Director, Head of Engineering, or Engineering Director/Manager. * Experience leading engineering organizations of over 100 professionals. * Experience managing architects, technical leaders, and engineering managers. * Experience in technology services, consulting, or digital transformation. * Experience in pre-sales, business development, and account growth. * Experience interacting with C-level executives. * Strong knowledge of software engineering, SDLC, enterprise and solution architecture. * Experience in cloud computing, artificial intelligence, DevOps, and technological modernization. * Experience in engineering governance, operational excellence models, and technology financial management. * Advanced English proficiency. **We Offer** * Full statutory payroll and benefits * Annual bonus * 100% EPS health insurance coverage for the employee * Birthday leave day * Attractive corporate benefits program * Dynamic work environment * Professional growth opportunities * Competitive salary \#LI\-ML2
