We are currently recruiting a Senior Business Partner to join our team. **About the Role** * Serve as a strategic advisor, ensuring alignment between people-related processes and business objectives. * Provide coaching and guidance to leaders in decision-making processes, reinforcing company principles and values. * Lead change management initiatives, ensuring HR policies and practices evolve to meet business needs. * Drive communication strategies to improve employee engagement and foster a positive workplace culture. * Design and implement initiatives that enhance performance, motivation, and overall employee satisfaction in the workplace. * Ensure continuous improvement of HR processes by identifying gaps and applying best practices. * Promote cross-team collaboration to maintain consistency in HR strategies and policies. **About You** * 10+ years of experience in similar roles, preferably within the industrial sector. * Proven ability to advise, influence, and manage conflict in a dynamic work environment. * High adaptability and multitasking capability to effectively manage multiple priorities. * Deep sense of accountability and ability to drive team commitment. * Excellent English communication skills are essential for this role (assessed during the hiring process). **Why Ausenco?** We support individual growth and aim to enable you to work in a way that leverages your strengths and meets your needs.
