Position Summary: Newrest seeks an HSE SUPERVISOR to support QHSE Integrated Management System maintenance, implement corrective actions, and supervise field activities. Key Highlights: 1. Focused on gastronomy, our operations span Airline Catering, Concessions, Retail, and Food Services, Maintenance, and Hospitality at Remote Sites (regime). We are currently seeking **(01) HSE SUPERVISOR** with the following profile: REQUIREMENTS: 1. Availability to work in Callao and Villa Maria del Triunfo 2. Licensed and registered professional in Environmental Science, Fisheries, Food Science, Chemistry, Bromatology, or related fields 3. Certified 1-year experience in food service 5. Knowledge of Occupational Health and Safety Law 6. Availability to rotate between Villa Maria del Triunfo and Callao sites (MANDATORY) FUNCTIONS: 1. Support contract managers in maintaining the QHSE Integrated Management System (SSOMA) 2. Implement corrective actions when deviations occur during control stages 3. Participate in external and internal audits of the integrated management system 4. Ensure and coordinate with contract managers regarding PPE requirements, verify their condition and proper usage 5. Document management: review, printing, distribution, record keeping (PPE issuance, incident and accident investigations: OHS), and withdrawal of obsolete documents 6. Supervise field activities, ensuring compliance with HSE standards and verifying that contract managers adhere to mandatory regulations 7. Ensure all employees complete basic HSE induction, including company policies, internal regulations, internal occupational health and safety regulations (RISST), and OHS guidelines; raise awareness and foster behavioral change and a prevention-oriented SSOMA culture BENEFITS: 1.
