Requirements * Technical or university degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Business Administration, or related fields. * Minimum 3 years of experience managing transportation, distribution, or fleet operations. * Knowledge of route planning and optimization. * Experience supervising drivers or delivery personnel. * Understanding of logistics costs, fuel consumption, and vehicle maintenance. * Proficiency in transportation and distribution performance indicators. * Intermediate or advanced Excel skills. * Driver's license (desirable). * Leadership ability and decision-making skills. Responsibilities * Plan, coordinate, and supervise transportation and distribution operations. * Manage route assignment and daily dispatch scheduling. * Supervise driver and delivery personnel performance. * Ensure on-time delivery compliance. * Monitor fuel consumption and transportation operational costs. * Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance of vehicles. * Manage on-route incidents and ensure operational continuity. * Implement improvements to optimize delivery times and reduce costs. * Prepare management reports and performance indicators for senior management. * Ensure compliance with road safety regulations and internal procedures. Salary: S/.2,000.00 - S/.2,500.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
