Grupo V\&Q S.A.C. is looking for a GENERALIST TECHNICIAN (Metal Mechanic, Plumber, Painter). REQUIREMENTS: Technical studies in metal mechanics, electricity, plumbing, maintenance or related fields (graduate or technician). Minimum of 1 year of experience performing general services: welding, assembling metal structures, electrical work (depending on specialty). Must reside in the northern area of Lima (Office/Warehouse in Comas). Availability to work rotating shifts: morning and early shift from Monday to Saturday. RESPONSIBILITIES: \* Perform basic painting tasks (puttying, drywall, and metal structures), plumbing, electrical work, masonry, and/or remodeling (according to specialty). \* Carry out prevention of deterioration, repairs, restoration, and maintenance of client facilities. \* Report unsafe conditions observed during service execution to immediate supervisor for appropriate action. \* Properly complete safety documentation forms. \* Perform other duties assigned by direct supervisor. WORKING CONDITIONS: \* Official payroll inclusion with all legal benefits according to Mype regulations. \* Transportation provided. \* Overtime pay with surcharge rates of 25% and 35%. \* Meals provided when double shifts are required. \* 100% punctual payments.
