Job Summary: We are seeking an SSOMA Assistant to support the implementation and monitoring of safety, occupational health, and environmental management on construction sites. Key Highlights: 1. Key role in updating and developing safety procedures A construction company seeks to hire an SSOMA Assistant for a project in Chorrillos. **Requirements**: * Bachelor's degree or graduate in Industrial Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or related fields. * Minimum 1 year of experience in similar positions on building construction or civil works projects within the construction sector. * Experience in areas related to Occupational Safety and Health Prevention and/or Safety and Health at Work. * Intermediate knowledge of MS Office. * Strong personnel management skills. * Immediate availability. **Responsibilities**: * Conduct general SIG inductions for new staff and third parties. * Coordinate with responsible personnel to ensure worker attendance at scheduled trainings. * Develop and enforce safety procedures and instructions. * Support the development of SWPs (Safe Work Procedures). * Develop and update layout plans for emergency equipment locations, evacuation routes, and signage. * Participate in the job-specific IPERC (Identification of Hazards, Risk Assessment, and Control) update. * Develop and update Risk Maps. * Implement MSDS (Material Safety Data Sheets) control. * Prepare safety reports following each inspection conducted across all group facilities. * Periodically audit checklists for hoists, manual tools, PPE, and workwear. * Report unsafe acts and conditions. * Participate in accident and incident investigations. * Update the Accident Bulletin Board (days without accidents). * Update Safety and Occupational Health Panels. **Position Type**: * Full-time commitment (100%) Position Type: Full-time Application Question(s): * What is your salary expectation?
