Job Summary: Supports product development, formulations, and industrial testing, coordinating analyses and managing regulatory documentation. Key Responsibilities: 1. Participates in the development and formulation of food products. 2. Collaborates in coordinating internal and external laboratory analyses and regulatory management. 3. Requires experience in R&D, quality, or regulatory affairs. **Job Description** ---------------------- Documentation and regulations related to product development. Support in formulations and industrial testing. 1\. Preparation of PR and ADDENDUM for RSA 2\. Coordination of internal and external laboratory analyses. 3\. Completion of R&D lists and matrix for Quality (HACCP) 4\. Upload and verification of labels 5\. Evaluation of raw materials **Candidate Requirements** -------------------------- * Education: University degree in Food Engineering or related field. * Experience: Minimum one year in R&D, quality, or regulatory affairs. * Intermediate/advanced Excel proficiency. * Knowledge of Codex/NTP/FDA regulations. * Knowledge of HACCP and integrated food safety and quality management systems.
