Job Summary: We are seeking a Senior Accounting Analyst for a consulting firm, responsible for reconciliations, review of accounting records, preparation of financial statements, and tax settlements. Preparation and submission of tax settlements On behalf of our client — a multinational company specializing in consulting and outsourcing — we are searching for top talent to fill the position of **Senior Accounting Analyst.** ***What requirements must I meet?*** * Graduate in Accounting. Licensed and authorized to practice. * Experience in outsourcing firms or managing accounting processes for multiple companies simultaneously (mandatory). * Minimum 2 years of verifiable experience in similar roles. * Proficiency in accounting software, preferably Odoo. * Experience in tax settlement preparation and financial statement generation. * Knowledge of International Accounting Standards (IAS), International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS), and local accounting and taxation regulations (preferred). * An intermediate level of English is required for this position. If you understood this, you're on the right path! ***What will be my responsibilities?*** * Perform account reconciliations and analyses, identifying discrepancies and proposing corrections when necessary. * Review and approve accounting entries, ensuring their integrity, reasonableness, and compliance with current regulations. * Prepare and analyze financial statements and reports, both for local accounting and consolidation of information with the parent company. * Prepare and submit monthly and annual tax settlements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with tax legislation. * Manage and safeguard accounting documentation, ensuring its organization and availability for audits or inquiries. * Support additional tasks assigned by Management. ***What benefits will I receive?*** * Statutory benefits under the General Corporate Regime. * Employment with a company present in 05 countries. * A day off on your birthday. * Formal payroll enrollment from day one. * 100% EPS (Health Insurance) coverage. * Early Friday during summer.
