Offers opportunities for professional growth and development in an excellent environment. **Join the Crecemos Comprehensive Therapy Center team as a Special Education Teacher – Early Childhood Level!** **Crecemos Comprehensive Therapy Center – Comas, Lima** **Primary Function** Provide specialized educational support to early childhood students with special educational needs or neurodevelopmental difficulties, promoting the development of their cognitive, communicative, social, and autonomy skills through inclusive pedagogical strategies and coordinated work with the therapeutic team. **Responsibilities** * Plan and deliver educational sessions tailored to each child’s individual needs. * Design and develop teaching materials and pedagogical resources. * Support the development of cognitive, communicative, social, emotional, and autonomy skills. * Conduct learning stimulation activities through play and active methodologies. * Work on objectives related to attention, executive functions, prewriting, premathematics, and adaptive skills. * Maintain ongoing coordination with Speech Therapy, Occupational Therapy, and Psychology departments for comprehensive follow-up of each child. * Provide guidance and recommendations to parents to reinforce learning at home. * Record student progress in the institutional system. * Participate in clinical meetings, training sessions, and academic center activities. **Requirements** * **Bachelor’s degree, licentiate degree, or graduate in Special Education**, with specialization in **Early Childhood Education**. * Minimum of **1 year** of experience working with young children. * Preferred experience working with children diagnosed with ASD, ADHD, developmental delay, intellectual disability, or learning difficulties. * Knowledge of inclusive education strategies and curriculum adaptation. * Creativity, empathy, patience, and vocation for working with children. * Ability to work effectively within interdisciplinary teams. **Working Hours** * **Monday to Friday:** 11:00 a.m. – 8:00 p.m. * **Saturdays:** 8:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m. **Benefits** * Financial bonus in July and December. * Non-working holidays. * Professional training and continuous development opportunities. * Excellent work environment. * Opportunities for professional growth and development. **Application** **Send your CV to:** **rrhh@crecemos.com.pe** **Become part of a multidisciplinary team committed to child development and help us transform lives from the earliest years of learning.** Salary: S/.1,300\.00 \- S/.1,600\.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
