Position Summary: We are seeking an IMS/SSOMA Assistant with experience in safety management, internal audits, and risk identification to contribute to compliance with integrated management systems. Active participation in the integrated management system **POSITION PROFILE:** Graduate or Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields. **EXPERIENCE:** Minimum 1 year of experience as an IMS or SSOMA Assistant. 6 months of experience in similar positions. **OTHER KNOWLEDGE:** Knowledge of internal audits. Knowledge of ISO 9001 and ISO 45001 interpretation\. ISO 27001 specialization course (Desirable) Knowledge of Law No. 29783\. **JOB FUNCTIONS:** * Conduct safety inspections for clients. * Manage field safety observations. * Conduct accident or incident investigations. * Prepare monthly reports on occupational safety and health (OSH) activities and required documentation. * Conduct monthly inspections of the company's internal processes. * Authorize personnel for projects. * Identify hazards and risks for updating the IPERC Matrix. * Support monitoring compliance with integrated management system plans (Management Review Plan, Training Plan, Internal Audit Plan, and others). * Provide inductions to applicants for the Operations and/or Administration areas. * Support implementation of internal audits according to the annual audit program. * Other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor. **WORKING HOURS:** Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. **WORK LOCATION:** San Borja Salary: S/.2,000\.00 \- S/.2,200\.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
