We believe technology is the engine—but people are the heart of change. **What Will You Do in This Role?** Your mission will be to serve as the technical leader in Data Science, bridging business challenges with cutting-edge technical execution. You will provide thought leadership, mentor the team, and ensure every **Machine Learning** model is sustainable, scalable, and delivers real business value. **Key Responsibilities:** * **Design Strategic Solutions:** Understand business problems and design robust use cases using ML algorithms or descriptive/inferential statistics. * **Lead Analytical Development:** Manage and lead the creation of algorithms that drive data-driven decision-making. * **Identify Value Opportunities:** Propose advanced statistical analyses to uncover new organizational growth avenues. * **Develop Talent (Mentoring):** Provide technical coaching and mentorship to other Data Scientists on the team. * **Manage the Ecosystem:** Collaborate with external consultants and strategic vendors in Data Engineering and Data Science. * **Drive Continuous Innovation:** Conduct experiments and partner with industry leaders to integrate global best practices. **What Are We Looking For?** We seek a technical reference with a strong track record and the ability to translate complex findings into compelling business success stories. **Technical Competencies:** * **Strong Track Record:** Minimum **8 years of total experience** (at least 4 years as a Senior Data Scientist). * **Expert Technical Proficiency:** Advanced level in **Python** and **SQL**. * **Data Ecosystem:** Proven experience with **BigQuery**, and visualization tools such as **Power BI** and **QlikSense**. * **Deep Data Science Knowledge:** Advanced understanding of Machine Learning algorithms, Deep Learning, and applied statistics. * **Education:** Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Statistics Engineering, Computer Science, Systems Engineering, Economics, or related fields. * **Specialization:** Additional studies in Data Storytelling, ML/Deep Learning, or Data Science. * **Languages:** Intermediate English proficiency. **Soft Skills:** * **Business Acumen:** Natural alignment of technical delivery with commercial and marketing strategy. * **Data Storytelling:** Ability to communicate complex findings to stakeholders across diverse areas (B2B, Supply, CMI). * **Agility:** Experience with agile frameworks for model planning and maintenance. * **Problem Solving:** Analytical mindset and passion for continuous learning. **What Do We Offer?** * **Direct Impact:** Leadership on Advanced Analytics projects for critical sectors. * **Flexibility:** Work modality to be defined per project (Location: Miraflores, Lima). * **Real Growth:** Career path oriented toward highly specialized Staffing / Staff Augmentation roles. * **Digital Culture:** A dynamic environment focused on innovation and results. **Ready to Lead Transformation Through Data?** At **DIGITALHUB**, we seek individuals who want to turn their potential into real-world experience.
