As a Senior Consultant in Strategy \& Business Design at Deloitte, you will participate in studies and projects related to strategic transformations, digital strategy, innovation, organic growth, and business design and configuration. You will build robust business case foundations to transform and align them with the client’s agenda and strategic drivers. You will understand business strategy solution design and align it with the client’s business and strategic needs to develop an integrated action plan using proven methodologies and innovative approaches that best address their challenges. You will build, drive, and apply intermediate-level knowledge of strategy and business to execute effectively against the standard plan/approach for the solution. You will support technical decision-making regarding the project and develop your analytical, problem-solving, relevant research, high-level data analysis, creativity, and reporting skills. What do you need to apply? * Graduate in Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, or related disciplines. * 3–6 years of experience in growth strategy, corporate strategy, and/or business unit strategy analysis; financial analysis; business design and configuration; digital development projects; innovation; Agile. * Certification in Finance, Data Science, Project Management, or Agile (e.g., PMI, PMO). * Intermediate English proficiency. * Tools: Microsoft Office suite; Tableau preferred. * Skills: Analytical ability, effective communication, organization, adaptability, results orientation, commitment to high-quality standards, negotiation, problem-solving, and enthusiasm for technology.
