We are seeking a Head of Medical Directorate to coordinate and supervise medical directives, monitor healthcare indicators, and manage medical activities in the ophthalmological sector.

A leading company in the Health\-Ophthalmological Sector, specialized in ocular surgeries, is seeking top talent to fill the position of Head of Medical Directorate.
Requirements:
\-Degree in Human Medicine or related health sector disciplines.
\-Graduate (degree holder and licensed, with active professional registration).
\-Medical auditing training preferred.
\-Master’s degree in Health Services Management, Health Administration, or related fields preferred.
\-Knowledge of current health regulatory frameworks.
\-Proficiency in hospital management indicators.
\-Proficiency in computer tools (Intermediate/Advanced Excel).
\-Experience in administrative or coordination roles within the health sector.
Main Responsibilities:
\-Coordinate and supervise compliance with directives issued by the Medical Directorate.
\-Monitor healthcare management indicators, medical productivity, quality, and patient safety.
\-Manage the planning, organization, and control of the institution’s medical and healthcare activities.
\-Supervise proper completion of clinical records and compliance with current health sector regulations.
\-Participate in internal and external medical audit processes.
\-Coordinate continuous improvement initiatives aimed at meeting regulatory and accreditation standards.
\-Prepare technical, statistical, and management reports requested by the Medical Directorate and General Management.
\-Supervise compliance with clinical protocols, clinical practice guidelines, and institutional standards.
\-Coordinate with various departments (surgical center, outpatient clinics, nursing, administration) to ensure operational efficiency.
\-Participate in performance evaluations of medical and healthcare staff when required.
\-Support clinical risk management and adverse event handling.
\-Contribute to the development and updating of management documents (manuals, regulations, procedures). Support statistical evaluation of service output and profitability.
\-Participate in the review of medical contracts and achievement of healthcare targets.
\-Supervise compliance with regulatory indicators mandated by supervisory authorities.
\-Coordinate internal training programs related to quality, auditing, and process improvement.
\-Execute clinical inventory management in coordination with logistics and pharmacy.
