Position Summary: We are seeking an IT Technician to provide technical support, manage networks and systems, and implement AI solutions and social media management for an engineering company. Key Highlights: 1. Comprehensive hardware and software technical support. 2. Management of internal networks and systems. 3. Implementation of basic AI solutions and social media management. A private company engaged in urban transportation engineering projects requires a full-time IT Technician to join its team. **CANDIDATE PROFILE** * Age between 18 and 26 years (mandatory). * Graduate, bachelor's degree holder, or professional in computer science, systems engineering, networks and communications, or related fields. * Basic knowledge of artificial intelligence and its practical application. * Experience in social media management. * Basic knowledge of websites; WordPress. * Basic knowledge of the Windows operating system, local area networks, and communication protocols. * Immediate availability (mandatory) to work during standard office hours. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Provide technical support related to hardware and software. * Ensure proper operation of computer equipment and the internal network. * Install and/or update software and hardware (network cards, memory, hard drives) on user devices. * Manage the company's internal network. * Implement basic AI-based solutions to optimize internal processes. * Manage and update the company's profiles across various social media platforms. * Manage the operation of peripheral devices such as printers, photocopiers, etc. * Maintain the company website, ensuring functionality and content updates.
