Promote the application of tools and best practices in the Procurement Department **Date:** 27 Jul 2026 **Location:** CALLAO, Peru **Company:** Alicorp S.A.A. **What will be your challenge?** Design, implement, and safeguard the Procurement Department's (CoE) operational excellence model, integrating Strategic Sourcing and Category Management methodologies, the Procurement Academy, the Data Quality Governance Model, Integrated Supplier Management (ISM), and the IMO Project Integration Model, to ensure the Department operates with high methodological standards, possesses embedded capabilities within its teams, rigorously manages its spend and supplier base, and executes its priorities with discipline, control, and continuous improvement.**What will you do in your role?** * Implement and ensure compliance with Procurement Books and the Strategic Sourcing and Category Management methodology. * Implement and sustain the Corporate Procurement Academy: facilitate trainings, coaching, workshops, and key documents for internal and external users. * Implement and sustain the Data Quality Governance Model within Procurement. * Ensure proper segmentation of the Corporate Spend Base (centralized and delegated) and support the Department’s budget control. * Propose and promote the adoption of tools, trends, and best practices (best-in-class) within the Department, identifying industry benchmarks. * Safeguard the rollout of the ISM (Integrated Supplier Management) model and ensure compliance with supplier engagement routines. * Design and govern the Procurement integration governance model in acquisitions of new companies. * Conduct maturity and methodology adoption assessments and promote continuous improvement cycles. **What do we need from you?** * Minimum 4 years of experience in similar roles within Procurement, Supply Chain, or operational excellence functions. * Experience leading cross-functional initiatives with multifunctional teams. * Demonstrable track record in designing and implementing methodologies, governance models, and supplier management frameworks. * Desirable: Experience implementing academies or capability development programs. * Desirable: Experience in digital transformation projects in Procurement
