Kitchen Assistant Salary: S/ 1,300 per month (paid biweekly) Job Description RRHH Cambridge is currently looking for a Kitchen Assistant to join our team. We seek responsible, proactive, and service-oriented individuals who wish to develop in the gastronomy field and contribute to meeting the company’s quality, hygiene, and customer service standards. Requirements Student or graduate of a Technical Program in Gastronomy, Culinary Arts, or related fields. Minimum 1 year of experience as a Kitchen Assistant in restaurants. Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices for Food Handling (GMP). Ability to work effectively in teams and under pressure. Availability to work rotating shifts. Responsibilities Assist in preparing and setting up ingredients according to instructions from the chef or kitchen supervisor. Wash, cut, and prepare vegetables, meats, and other ingredients. Maintain order, cleanliness, and disinfection of the kitchen area, utensils, and equipment. Assist in plating, assembling, and dispatching dishes during service. Verify proper storage and preservation of ingredients. Collaborate in receiving and organizing merchandise. Comply with hygiene, safety, and food handling protocols. Coordinate continuously with the kitchen team to ensure efficient service. Ensure proper use and care of assigned equipment and utensils. Benefits Monthly salary of S/ 1,300, paid biweekly.
