We seek a highly qualified **Maintenance and Supply Chain Manager** with strong accountability to join our healthcare team. In this strategic role, you will serve as the cornerstone ensuring both the operational continuity of our clinical facilities and the efficient, safe, and timely flow of supplies, equipment, and medications required for patient care.
Your primary mission will be to lead end-to-end supply chain management and ensure that all infrastructure, critical systems (medical gases, HVAC, backup power), and medical equipment operate under the highest quality, safety, and regulatory compliance standards applicable to the healthcare sector.
**Key Responsibilities**
**In Maintenance:**
* Design, implement, and oversee the Annual Preventive, Corrective, and Predictive Maintenance Plan for infrastructure, critical systems, and healthcare facility installations.
* Ensure proper operation of medical equipment, HVAC systems, emergency power plants, and medical gas systems.
* Coordinate and supervise external technical service contractors and suppliers, ensuring adherence to service-level agreements (SLAs).
* Ensure strict compliance with occupational health and safety regulations and environmental regulations applicable to the healthcare sector.
**In Supply Chain:**
* Direct and optimize procurement, storage, inventory management, and internal distribution processes for medical supplies, pharmaceuticals, and fixed assets.
* Negotiate with national and international suppliers to secure optimal quality, delivery timelines, and costs aligned with institutional budgets.
* Implement stringent inventory controls to prevent losses, stockouts, or expiration of critical supplies.
* Collaborate closely with medical and administrative departments to forecast demand and coordinate acquisition of new medical technologies.
**Requirements**
* **Academic Qualifications:** Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields. Specialization or Master’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or Hospital Management is a plus.
* **Experience:** Minimum 3–5 years of verifiable leadership or managerial experience coordinating maintenance and/or supply chain functions, **mandatory within the healthcare sector** (hospitals, clinics, laboratories, or pharmaceutical industries).
* **Technical Knowledge:**
* Solid expertise in hospital infrastructure management, critical systems, and local healthcare regulations.
* Proficiency in inventory control tools, ERP systems (SAP, Oracle or similar), and maintenance management software (CMMS/GMAO).
* **Key Skills:** Leadership of multidisciplinary teams, excellent negotiation ability, results orientation, decision-making under pressure, and strong focus on patient safety.
