Lima, Peru Work Mode: On-site / Fieldwork We seek students pursuing technical or university degrees related to telecommunications, electronics, networking, or related fields, with initiative, willingness to learn, and enthusiasm for professional development in the telecommunications sector. You will have the opportunity to participate in installations, maintenance, and technical activities, working alongside our team and gaining practical experience in real projects. What will you learn and do? * Support installation and maintenance of telecommunications services. * Participate in cabling, networking, and fiber optic work. * Support configuration and inspection of telecommunications equipment. * Participate in field visits and technical activities. * Support identification and resolution of technical incidents. * Conduct inspections and verifications of installations. * Comply with established safety procedures. * Support assigned technical tasks by the team. What are we looking for? Students in the final years of technical or university programs related to: * Telecommunications * Electronics * Networking and Communications * Electrical Engineering * Computer Systems * Related fields Knowledge * Basic concepts of networking and telecommunications. * Familiarity with fiber optics and structured cabling is desirable. * Basic proficiency with computer tools. * Fieldwork experience or knowledge is desirable.
