Positive work environment focused on order and compliance ECO\-FULL is looking for a responsible, disciplined, and operationally oriented Production Operator to join our team. If you have experience in production or operational roles and are accustomed to meeting deadlines, maintaining order, and handling plant-level demands, we are looking for you! Responsibilities: * Perform operational tasks on the production line (labeling, packaging, shrink-wrapping, and boxing). * Meet established production timelines and volume targets. * Conduct visual quality control of the product during processing. * Maintain order and cleanliness in the work area throughout the shift. * Comply with hygiene, safety, and good manufacturing practices. * Support other operational tasks as required by the department. Requirements: * Completed secondary education. * Minimum 6 months of experience in production, warehouse, or similar operational roles. * Availability to work onsite (Rímac). * Availability for operational, physical, and consistently paced work.
