An engineering company is looking for a **RECRUITMENT ASSISTANT, ORGANIZATIONAL CLIMATE AND CULTURE\- HR** in Surco.
**Requirements:**
* Female university graduate or bachelor's degree in Psychology.
* Minimum 1–2 years of experience in mass recruitment within the industrial sector (engineers, technicians, metrologists, marketing professionals, occupational safety specialists, etc.).
* Experience in organizational climate and culture (internal events, celebrations, values, ethics, mission, vision, MOF, and organizational chart).
* Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office.
* Strong communication and planning skills; charismatic and confident.
* Conduct visits to institutes for corporate agreements and job fairs.
* Must have a personal mobile phone for recruitment purposes.
* Availability to work in Surco and San Luis (on alternating basis).
* Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM; Saturdays, 8:00 AM to 11:00 AM.
**Responsibilities:**
* Coordinates with the Administration Department head regarding staffing needs to schedule job postings across various channels.
* Coordinates with HR regarding new hires, verification of documents, and employee forms provided by the company.
* Posts job openings across multiple recruitment sources.
* Identifies additional recruitment sources and conducts field visits (e.g., institutes for corporate agreements).
* Screens applicants from various job boards and recruitment sources.
* Schedules and conducts virtual and/or in-person interviews.
* Administers and grades psychological assessments as required per position.
* Informs selected candidates of their start date and follows up until their onboarding date.
* Organizes internal corporate activities and celebrations, leadership workshops, organizational mental health sessions, communication initiatives, and other matters related to workplace climate.
* Supports performance evaluations and organizational culture improvement initiatives, plus other tasks assigned by immediate supervisor.
